About the opportunity
The primary purpose of the role is to be responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing customer relationships, implementing Interactive Community Cares marketing plan, protecting organisation profitability and fostering the growth of the organisation.
You are a high achiever. You have a passion for assisting those in need and maximising outcomes for vulnerable persons, as well as have the business acumen to liaise with clients in a professional and receptive way.
Attitude and drive will be very important but the following will also help:
Analyse and implement marketing plans associated with all aspects of Disability Support and Children and Young People programs and commercial opportunities for ICCare.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs and develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, while promoting the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Act as a model representative for Interactive Community Care and attend relevant forums in which matters relevant to the industry which ICCare operates within are discussed, and actively seek to further business opportunities for the organisation as a whole.
Be a subject matter expert and adviser to the business and provide training to internal stakeholders in the interests of developing commercial acumen and driving a culture of service promotion
Support relevant internal stakeholders and receive support in relation to lead generation, product information
Assist with creation, review and implementation of organisational marketing plan to increase market share in all relevant markets, as well as identify emerging opportunities for growth.
Act as a conduit for the needs of clients/participants, providing feedback and guidance to amend business practice.
