Enwave Australia currently has a vacancy for an Instrumentation Technician based in Bendigo Victoria. The primary purpose of this role will be;
Providing asset protection and maintenance on our gas networks in accordance with allocated work schedules
Install, connect, disconnect, remove, test, calibrate, and repair electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic measuring, controlling, recording, and indicating systems and equipment
Diagnose problems with process control and electrical systems and gives direction on the repair of the system
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance as required to maintain equipment in optimal condition
Disconnect, reconnect, install, remove, troubleshoot, and generally maintain motor control, process control, burner control, and electrical distribution devices and systems
Work with field technicians to perform maintenance on natural gas infrastructure.
Undertaking preventative maintenance
Complying with requirements of all legislation, standards and codes pertaining the function of the role.
Travel between Enwave sites in accordance with work schedules
Participate in an on-call roster
Trade Certificate in relevant field
Certificate III in Instrumentation
3 years experience maintaining and repairing electronic instrumentation and automation equipment on well servicing equipment, or equivalent
Restricted Electrical Workers Licence (REL)
Current Manual Drivers License (unrestricted)
Certificates in First Aid, Confined Space & Working at Heights
Strong work ethic, problem-solving skills and a willingness to work in a team
Willingness to travel when required to other Enwave sites.
