We have an exciting opportunity for an office administration and customer service representative to join Ringwood Vet Hospital and Lilydale Vet Centre

We are a locally-owned, progressive and fast-growing small animal veterinary hospital/clinic. 


We are looking for an applicant with the following skills:

  • Life-experience 

  • Attention to detail when working with numbers

  • Ability to work independently

  • Take tasks through to completion, in a timely manner

  • Must have experience with a cloud-based computer system

  • Must be computer literate (spreadsheets, loom videos, etc)

  • Must be familiar and comfortable working with Google suits

  • Eloquent writing skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • A natural rapport with clients and the ability to build client relationships

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • Must be local and flexible with working hours. 

  • Must have experience in a similar field

  • Must have a vehicle and a current drivers license


Key Responsibilities:

  • Banking

  • Phones

  • Bookings

  • Liaise with supplier representatives

  • Reception duties, maintaining customer service standards and training staff

  • Assist senior management with marketing & promotions.

  • Assist management to scope and implement new services

  • Develop & maintain policies and procedures

  • Organise workflow
