The Role

Beaver Williams is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our growing Fire Division. Reporting to the Head of Service, you will be responsible for controlling, planning and managing operational procedures to maintain excellent customer service as well as ensure that efficiency and profitability objectives are met. In this role you will implement and oversee the day to day performance of the fire service team including account managers, assessors, coordinators and field technicians. The operations manager will ensure that the entire team provides the highest level of service and compliance with current legislation, looking after and building relationships with both new and existing clients.   

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within the fire protection industry.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of current legislation and industry standards.
  • Diploma or degree in operations management or business administration desirable.
  • Team leadership ability supporting engagement and development.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
