We are well-established Managed Communication Solutions provider that is searching for an Office All Rounder for our HO based in the Nexus complex in North Wyong

Main Responsibilities for the position include:

  • Ad hoc administration support
  • marketing support for sales team
  • Answering customer enquiries via phone and email
  • First point of contact to clients
  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Exporting data into Excel Spread Sheets
  • Working on bank feeds and bank reconciliation
  • Processing team wages and commissions

  To be considered for the following:

  • Experience in office administration position
  • Experience in sales and marketing process
  • Intermediate bookkeeping
  • MYOB Experience (Highly desirable)
  • Intermediate Excel/ Word /Outlook
  • Abilities to learn in house billing software
  • Exceptional Communication
  • Ability to work in a diverse team
