Cost Manager (PQS Consultancy)

Global, market leader providing investment solutions to property investors, Must have a consultancy (PQS) or professional services background, Named one of Fortunes "Most Admired Companies".

This business has been named one of Fortunes “Most Admired Companies” and has been ranked in the Fortune 500 for over 10 years.  They offer a range of specialist services including strategic consulting, investment advice and property management to name a few.

The property portfolio consists of large commercial high-rise office buildings coupled with anything and everything within a 5km radius of the CBD.


We are looking for a traditional PQS with 2 – 3 years’ experience managing costs, tenders, contracts, bills of quantities and claims.

You will also require:

  • Bachelor in Construction Management or similar
  • Previous PQS or professional services experience
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills


You won’t be stuck in the background ‘grinding’ out the work, instead you will be given an opportunity to use your social skills to seek out clients, build excellent relationships with stakeholders and be actively engaged with the internal project management team.
