ACCOUNTANT - PART TIME

ABOUT GRAVITY / PREMIER APPAREL GROUP

We are a retail company based in Melbourne with a manufacturing arm in China and Hong Kong. 

With our operations only recently launched in Melbourne we are expanding rapidly in both wholesale and retail. 

The role will be a combination of home and office (Glen Huntly) based work with genuine flexibility. Weekly in person office hours are required as part of the role. 

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Payroll processing
  • Creditor management
  • Accounts payable
  • Processing invoices
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements & managing the payment process
  • Debtor collection
  • Cash flow management, including bank reconciliation & cash flow forecasting
  • General administration and AdHoc duties 
  • BAS statement preparation

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Accounting qualification
  • Experience with Xero is a MUST and CIN7 an advantage 
  • Highly organised, with proven skills in effective time management
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Strong written & verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • This is a key role in our business and requires an individual that can handle multiple tasks and work with different teams at various locations.
