About the role
An opportunity exists for a motivated and capable person to undertake a casual role providing administrative support within South West Healthcare's Nursing Services.
The successful applicant would be required to provide ongoing casual support on an ‘as needs' basis with the ability to work Monday to Friday between the core hours of 7.00 am to 5.00 pm in various environments throughout the Nursing Services Directorate.
What you bring
As an Administrative Support Officer you will have experience and skills in administrative office management, effective communication, documentation presentation, with problem solving and computer literacy skills. You will have a demonstrated ability in taking a proactive approach, utilising your own initiative and working through projects with minimal direction and supervision with ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. An ability to deal with the general public and a range of colleagues in a professional manner and understanding work priorities and meeting deadlines is also essential for the role.

Employment Terms and Conditions will be in line with the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health Allied Services Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement 2016 - 2020 with the appropriate classification Administrative Worker Grade 1A.
