About the role:

As part of a team your responsibilities as Commercial Services Assistant will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients and guests in a welcoming, courteous and friendly manner
  • Providing coffee, tea and other beverages to clients and guests
  • Answering incoming calls and referring queries
  • Ensuring our office environment is professionally presented and maintained (including the kitchen)
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms are clean and appropriately presented
  • Assisting with corporate events held in our office (catering, set-up, etc)
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Looking for ways to constantly improve and enhance the client experience
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • General administration duties such as filing, scanning, catering, deliveries and housekeeping
  • Driving is required (e.g. pick up mail, banking etc) use of company car for these activities

    The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Being a positive and happy person with a can do attitude
  • The drive and determination to learn and develop
  • The ability to multi-task and have high attention to detail
  • Be a team player, flexible and easily adaptable to change to achieve key business outcomes
  • Provisional drivers licence essential


Previous experience within a customer service or corporate hospitality environment would be viewed favourably.
