Accounts Assistant

About the Business and Role

Raine & Horne Commercial are an established commercial/industrial real estate business with a head office in Wembley and a satellite office in Wangara.

The role will be based in our Wembley office and consist primarily of assisting the Accounts Manager with all functions relating to the Cirrus 8 trust accounting package. 

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Tenant Receipting and Billing
  • Trust Account Reconciliations
  • Creditor loading and payout
  • Problem solving of queries when they arise
  • Creditor account queries
  • Backup for the Accounts Manager and Accounts Administrator as required
  • All other property and agency activities associated with the Cirrus 8 trust accounting program as instructed by the Accounts Manager

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Trust Accounts Role, or similar bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in the Cirrus 8 Trust Accounting Package is advantageous, although not essential
  • Proficiency in MYOB / Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook is essential
  • Well-presented and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • An energetic and constructive personality style intent on building and cementing relationships
  • High organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
