Two exciting membership consultant positions have become available at a prime ACT Anytime Fitness location. The first position is a casual position with Saturday work required, hours may vary. The second position is for a part time position, between 16-38 hours per week, with occasional Saturday work.
Both the successful applicants must be very dedicated, great with people and have exceptional time management/organisational skills, and is passionate about health and fitness.
About the Role: You will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring positive member experience in the gym whilst ensuring a smooth running of the facility. Your duties will include the following:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and positive club culture.
Customer service Answer customer questions and general enquiries.
Oversee maintenance needs and cleanliness of the club.
Responsible for Opening and closing of the Gym.
Sales Gym memberships.
Social media management
Management of other staff.
Admin tasks such as invoicing, timesheets and ordering.
The successful applicant MUST hold the following Qualifications/requirements prior to starting employment;
Level 2 First Aid, CPR
Current Police Check
Working With Vulnerable People
Previous experience in Retail, Office Management and Administration is highly desired.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
Proactive, organised and driven to achieving goals
