An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced media sales professional to join our team in Sydney, working across our retail, tourism and entertainment titles.


You will have experience and enjoy establishing relationships with both media agency and direct clients, allowing you to provide seamlessly integrated media solutions and advertising campaigns. Youll be a self-starter and have a high level of autonomy with the support of a hands-on and collaborative team leader who is invested in your success.

You will actively seek out new opportunities, provide innovative proposals and work collaboratively with the sales and editorial teams to manage and deliver campaigns, while maintaining a high-level of competitor awareness. Your core focus will be on fuelling and managing sales activities that generate strong revenue through print, digital and ambient solutions.

As a senior media sales professional, you will be experienced establishing and growing media partnerships. You will be accustomed to a fast-paced, deadline-driven sales environment. Your skill set, industry experience and proven sales success will ensure you are well equipped to address and overcome objections that pave the way for new opportunities. Your knowledge and experience will also see you providing guidance to other team members and they will look to you to set the example.

Youll naturally open doors through your charismatic telephone manner. Through your ability to connect and engage with people you will be equally strong in a telesales and face-to-face sales situations. You will find it easy to schedule face-to-face meetings with clients where you can uncover their business goals before providing a tailored solution to meet their needs. You will enjoy being in the office and being out on the road attending client appointments.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, high-achiever with proven sales success and a great personality. You will have a minimum 5 years experience in print and digital advertising sales and current media agency connections. Ambient or OOH experience is a bonus!

  • Experience using Salesforce
  • MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
