Salary Level 5, $67,748.22 + 9.5% super per annum.

This position is responsible for assisting the implementation of programs and building the capacity of the Regional Council's Community Services. It has a focus on records management and administrative support services.
The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated understanding of Early childhood regulations and compliance
Demonstrated understanding of family Assistance law and Childcare Subsidy compliance
Demonstrated high level of understanding of data analysis, record keeping and effective customer service through high level interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Programs, Word, Excel, Outlook and complex IT packages (including Early Childhood fee management systems)
Demonstrated understanding of Work Health and Safety Regulations
A positive attitude whilst working in a fast paced environment and an ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplianary team with an understanding of time management and organisational skills.
Current drivers licence and willingness to travel in remote communities for events and service support
