About the role & us
We are seeking an Account Manager and Software / Systems Trainer for a rapidly growing international team who have over 50 years of specialist real estate business consultancy and software development experience.
In this interesting and challenging role you will be instrumental in providing the end to end delivery of the end user training solution for an industry leading real estate CRM software program; providing a training solution to meet the needs of a diverse user base and ensuring that they are gaining the most value from the product in an ever evolving business environment.
The key responsibilities for the role will include:
To become an expert in the VaultRE CRM product and integrated technologies
Understand user needs and create training and onboarding plans for new users
Provide proactive and responsive support
Co-ordinate, schedule and deliver quality face to face and online training to new and existing clients
Identify and train Super Users to act as Product Champions
Identify and implement improvements to the product, training and business processes
Provide timely feedback from end users to the development and support team on the usability of the system
Act as a change agent to support ongoing and new project initiatives
Collaborate with fellow team members in relation to training plan design, customer on boarding and software enhancements
To be successful in the role will require the following experience and attributes:
Strong experience in design, development and delivery of Systems Training programs to end users in order to facilitate successful product adoption
Sales and/or property management real estate knowledge / experience
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Professional relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
A strong customer focus to engage audiences, communicate persuasively and resolve issues
Demonstrated ability to prepare correspondence, reports and plans
Have a proactive approach to personal learning and development
Ability to present to and engage learners
A problem-solving nature with the ability to work under pressure
Be able as a self-driven and accountable person to work autonomously (and also effectively as a member of a larger international team)
Own vehicle for local client travel
Willingness to travel as required within State and interstate for training and in support of client needs
Real estate knowledge and / or Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent is favourable
Salary will be formulated based on the successful candidate's skills and industry training experience.
