An opportunity now presents for a Customer Engagement Manager based in Sydney. Reporting to the Marketing Director the role is responsible for driving customer engagement across the organisation, working predominantly within the marketing and sales team as the critical link strengthening the alignment of marketing strategy and tactical execution. Key role responsibilities:
Identify and implement appropriate measures to understand customer values and drivers and keep these at the core of strategy development
In collaboration with the Marketing Director and Product Managers, develop and implement the multichannel marketing strategy to facilitate customer engagement aligned to brand objectives
In consultation with key stakeholders develop KPIs to measure effectiveness of multichannel strategy and tactics, consult stakeholders with recommendations to improve performance
Responsible for training sales team on the integration of the multichannel strategy in day to day activities and the most effective use of platforms, business tools and marketing resources to enhance customer engagement
In consultation with sales managers, provide infield coaching to the sales team focusing on utilisation of resources and implementation of the engagement model
Responsible for delivering customer engagement training sessions at Sales conferences and biannually cycle meetings
Maintain and develop the training manual and training modules
Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Business and/or marketing highly regarded
3 to 5 years marketing/sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry
Broad knowledge in most aspects of marketing, acquired through education and on the job training
Analytical with the ability to produce actionable strategic and innovative insights
Strong communication and teamwork skills; the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation, including the ability to successfully build a network with international colleagues
Highly developed organisational skills
Ability to meet periodic travel requirements of the role (both interstate and international, as
