Assistant Service Coordinator

We are an established HVAC contractor based in Jandakot and currently looking for an experienced and responsible person in our Service Department to assist with the day to day scheduling of our in house technical team as well as liaising with customers.

Primary duties will include: taking customer calls and working through the enquiry. Assisting with scheduling technicians and subcontractors to carry out maintenance, callouts and repairs of HVAC equipment at various sites. Generating & submitting quotations, preparing service reports and invoices and other administrative duties as required.

A background in HVAC Services would be beneficial. The successful candidate must have a:

  • Proven history and a passion for customer service;
  • Experience in coordinating technicians and scheduling of works;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Be proficient in the use of computerised scheduling systems, MS Office (Excel & Word);
  • Great attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and multitask.
