Due to staff movement, we are looking for a motivated and driven Communications Team Leader who can take the call centre operations to the next level by driving performance and fostering an engaging environment. The successful applicant will:
Manage the day to day operations of all external communication services ensuring a high level of patient service is provided at all times
Provide leadership, motivation and support to a team of 10 call centre employees and medical typists
Deliver recruitment, training and on boarding as required
Collate and analyse call centre data and team results, outcomes and statistics
Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide solutions to enhance the team and service delivery
To be successful in this position, you will need:
Proven experience leading teams ideally in a call centre or healthcare setting
Be highly organised and solutions orientated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high-quality approach to patient service
The ability to build relationships, work collaboratively and successfully interact with peers, management, medical professionals and stakeholders
Attention to detail and quality service focus under time pressure
