We have an exciting opportunity for a Storeperson to join our team at Tomago, NSW. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this position will suit a resourceful applicant with all round capabilities who enjoys a challenge with a wide range of duties and responsibilities.

Your duties will include:

  • Liaise with suppliers and place purchase orders
  • Receipting and storage of incoming goods
  • Dispatch of goods including packing and labelling
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Computer data entry and other computer skills including MS Office
  • Liaising with internal Sales, Project and Service departments
  • Maintain the store - keep the area clean and tidy all times
  • Monthly reporting on items surplus to requirements for supplier return
  • Maintain inventory levels
  • Assist with resource allocation including tools and motor vehicles

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong focus on health, safety and environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Current Forklift licence
  • Reliable and punctual

We are looking for self-motivated person with a professional attitude, enjoys working as part of a team, and has previous experience in a store/warehouse environment. Previous experience within the electrical trade industry will be highly regarded.

This is a permanent role with excellent remuneration allowances and conditions as per our company EBA.
