Junior Legal Administrative Assistant

The QLD LAW GROUP is a medium sized law firm with 4 offices throughout south east Queensland.

An opportunity exists to become a valued team member in our BRISBANE CITY office.


The successful applicants will assist the team by

  • Typing and preparing correspondence
  • Data entry to open matters
  • Filing and file maintenance
  • Photocopying
  • Mail services
  • Performing  back up reception duties
  • General administrative duties


  • Have good communication skills
  • Have the ability to liaise with clients in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be well organised, motivated  and be able to work within a team
  • Understanding of basic business principles
  • Have a typing speed of 50 words per minute.
