The Support Officer provides quality executive and administrative support to the Head of Health Wellbeing & Community Services Skills Team. You will display a high level of initiative and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, providing high quality, team-based administrative support to track timelines and action items within strict deadlines. Applying your administration experience, you will deliver services in a timely, accurate and reliable manner.
You will produce accurate financial reports and ensure procurement is compliant in terms of budget and process. You will be acting as a central point of communication between internal, external stakeholders and the Head of Skills Team.
Sound time management skills are required to manage multiple and often competing priorities from a variety of sources amidst heavy workloads and strict deadlines whilst maintaining consistently high levels of executive support to the Head of Skills Teams. Additionally, you will prioritise tasks, manage the calendar and emails of the Head of Skills Team, organise travel and accommodation bookings as well as planning meetings within the team and external stakeholders.

You will be proactive, resilient and display a high level of initiative. Your previous experience as a personal assistant in a fast-paced environment will be highly regarded. Advanced communication skills are critical to collaborate with various stakeholders and to build a positive team culture.
It is essential that you are able to use various computer programs and convey that knowledge into meaningful training for other staff members. Your experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams and electronic record management systems, along with your attention to detail will be imperative to success in the role. Additionally, knowledge of SAP and Business Intelligence dashboards will be required as you will need to ensure the correct use of codes and cost centre alignments.
