Administration officer (Vietnamese )

Core tasks:

Administration support to Director

  •  Supporting the day to day needs of the Director
  • Diary and appointment management
  • Preparing detailed itineraries and agendas

Administration support to Company

  • Greeting visitors and clients of the business
  • Handling and directing all inbound calls
  • Handling of incoming mails and preparation of mails (eg. newsletters) to send
  • Ensure workplace materials and documentation are maintained in line with legal obligations and best practice standards
  • Ensure cleanliness and sufficient goods in the office
  • Other ad hoc administration as required

Administration support to NDIS and Aged Care teams

  • Basic rostering support using a client management software system.


1. Vocational qualifications in Business Administration /similar qualification OR demonstrated experience in similar role
2. Bilingual - competent Vietnamese speaker

3. Computer literacy skills


1. Bilingual - Mandarin, Khmer or other South East Asian language

2. Experiencing using a rostering  and/or client management software system
