Your new role

We are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the growth of Elders with the coordination of business development activities including due diligence, negotiations, integration and post implementation reviews.  Working under the direction and support of the General Manager Business Development and Business Development Manager, this role provides a unique opportunity for an applicant with project or finance experience to work across a range of key stakeholders to co-ordinate successful business development and growth activities.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Proven success in providing systematic, organised and disciplined project support to achieve project outcomes;
  • Demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams, roles and levels of management;
  • Excellent problem solving skills;
  • Ability to communicate information effectively to all levels of the organisation;
  • Willingness to learn and understand operational, product and functional roles across the Elders business to maximise value in the business development process;
  • Understanding of financial information and key performance measures;
  • Ability to maintain a positive, can do attitude in a complex and challenging environment.
