Office Administration - 2 Days / Week

Truglo Electrics is based in Moorabbin. 

We are Electrical Contractors working in the commercial industry. 

We are seeking an applicant to suit a small office environment to assist with General Office Administration work. Good Knowledge in MYOB would be preferable or any other similar Accounting Program would suit.

Work days preferably Monday & Friday with flexible hours (can work with School Times)

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Superannuation, 
  • Credit Card reconciliations
  • Timesheets & Timesheet App management
  • Other general administration office duties

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • A positive friendly and mature approach
  • Reliable, attention to detail and good work ethic
  • Self motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Hourly Rate Neg. Based on experience and negotiated with the successful candidate.
