We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant for our federal government client and you will be based on site with a supportive team.
This will be a secondment for 3 months with a potential for extension and an immediate start date will be required.
You must be able to demonstrate your experience in:
manage the SES Employee's work schedule and all aspects associated with it, including telephone calls, electronic diary appointments and organization of meetings and relevant papers
manage all correspondence in and out of the office and e-mail inbox, including follow-up and monitoring
coordinate Senate Estimate, Ministerial briefs and papers for the division
provide administrative support for the division, including management and maintenance of meeting rooms, stationery and office equipment
assist with the development of executive reports, submissions and briefs
undertake research and provide project management assistance
actively manage and promote relationships with internal and external stakeholders
administer travel finances, including reconciliation and maintenance of all travel and credit card accounts and divisional cost centres
