About the Company: 
Leading wholesaler of hard goods for the Commercial Construction Industry is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support an Executive Director and the Senior Management Team. Based in one of Melbourne inner southern suburbs you will also play a key role assisting the Marketing team and maintaining their modern showroom.

About the Role:

Primarily you will assume all the usual responsibilities of an Executive Assistant,

  • Create and maintain Events Calendar
  • Collaborate with marketing for events
  • Diary coordination, communication and secretarial assistance
  • Organise all travel commitments for Director and Management
  • Liaise with Operation to assist preparation of business and supplier reports
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Filter incoming communication
  • Facilitate recruitment within the group
  • Look after all office maintenance and stock
  • Organise and manage all aspects of the Director’s office
  • Support Director with all confidential matters

About you:

  • 3+ years proven experience in an EA or PA capacity
  • Utmost respect towards confidentiality
  • Clear communication
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Efficient in time management
  • Exceptionally organised
  • Multitasker of your own time and immediate stakeholders
  • Positive and personable
