Brighton Technologies Group designs, manufactures and markets a range of paging systems to the Hospitality markets including Hotels, Clubs, and Casinos. The Boomerang brand is recognised as the superior paging product in Australia.
The company seeks to appoint a suitably qualified individual to support the internal sales function of the company. This is a full-time position based at our Head Office at East Hills in South West Sydney.
We seek to appoint an individual who can demonstrate some ability in the following areas.
Respond to telephone and website enquiries and assist customers with their enquiries.
Be proactive with a capability to resolve problems and to provide solutions.
Accurately enter data into various Customer data bases.
This position may be of interest to a recent HSC Student seeking to start a new career or to a mature person who is seeking secure employment. The successful candidate will have experience in some of the following functions.
Previous or current experience in a responsible position within the Hospitality sector.
Excellent written and oral skills in the English language.
Good telephone manner and skills..
Previous experience in an internal sales or administrative position.
Data entry skills and the ability to work with a recognised software accounting package.
Strong communication and time management skills with an eye for detail and good numerical skills.
