Renewals Customer Success Manager

Your primary objective will be the renewal and retention of existing accounts.  Your second objective is to maximise opportunities.  To do this you need consultative selling skills and a proven track record in a similar environment or SaaS.  There are several technical solutions that my client offers and your ability to articulate the complex in a simple fashion would be great.  Together, you will be responsible for building positive outcomes of the renewal and/or upsell process. So, its an opportunity to help build out the function.

Key Deliverables: 

  • Maintain an account renewal rate of 80% from an identified customer pool where renewal is required
  • Maintain a 3-6-month horizon to ensure renewal discussions are proactively executed. 
  • Minimise customer churn.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong computer skills and technical aptitude
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, Business/Marketing 
  • Experience in SaaS applications and implementing sales strategies to perform assigned tasks effectively
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract negotiation skills
  • 4 + years experience in a Customer Success Environment desirable (supporting a SaaS product preferred)
