Wellcom Worldwide, a leading creative production agency, is seeking an outstanding communicator to diligently take on the role of Receptionist/Office Administrator at our head office in Port Melbourne.
FT Position: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm
Managing the call switchboard
Greeting visitors and solving their queries
Maintaining office security through the reception area
Managing diaries and conference room bookings
Managing building facilities
Arranging freight and mail
Collating company news
Assisting the Accounts team in updating jobs in inhouse software with the relevant details
Opportunity to assist in other departments as required for various duties, including photoshop retouching and social media content
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be expected to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a well-presented, experienced and energetic receptionist with an outgoing and engaging personality. You will have a great customer service ethic together with a strong understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
A proven track record in a similar role is essential, together with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary will be in line with your experience and skills.
