We are a well established business operating nationally with head office based on the Gold Coast.
Due to increase growth in the business we are now seeking to appoint a strong, dedicated and customer focused Sales Consultant to join our sales team.
Essential to this role is someone who can communicate to a wide variety of consumers and encompass strong empathy for the elderly and those with limited mobility.
The person we seek will be very well presented, have excellent verbal and written communication skills whilst having an understanding for our customers.
Your enthusiasm and positive work ethic will provide you with an opportunity to rise through the ranks and the role itself will evolve, therefore openness to change is a must.
As a Sales Consultant this position will see you:
Working in retail stores, answering incoming sales calls and following up on customer inquiries. Provide basic support to inbound customers. Fully maintain the retail showroom, ensuring stock count and display is clean and tidy. Assisting other departments where needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 3 years sales experience in a similar role. Effective organisational and time management skills. Computer literacy with attention to detail. A strong track record in sales and meeting sales target KPI. Ability to close phone sales.
You will be expected to achieve monthly targets and deal with a variety of situations. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a MUST.
