Payroll and Administration Officer

Immediate start! This role commences Tuesday 17/3. 

Part time hours: 8.30am - 4pm Mondays and every second Tuesday. 

Position is located in Gooseberry Hill. 

This role is anticipated to be 3 months, with possible extension. 

 

In a nutshell:

This role will see you processing payroll for 35 staff in MYOB, using their rostering system and Excel to check shifts and allowances. You will also process, check and send invoices. Rounding out this role, you will be assisting the staff with administrative tasks, liaising with clients and suppliers and responding to queries. 

 

To be successful in this role, you must be very confident in MYOB and Excel. You must have your own transport and be comfortable getting to Gooseberry Hill.
