Service Centre/Warehouse Supervisor

Due to growth this exciting and challenging role requires the follow:

The Role:

As an integral member of the operations team you will be tasked with supervising and coordinating all operations of this busy service centre/warehouse ensuring the seamless and well-coordinated operation of this site. You will have a pivotal role working with clients internally and externally together with suppliers to ensure efficiency of service and supply.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day operations of busy service centre/warehouse
  • Liaise with service coordinators, project managers and trades to coordinate service activities
  • Liaise with delivery drivers to coordinate pick-ups, deliveries and returns
  • Receipting of goods and carrying out quality control
  • Purchasing, recording and tracking of equipment
  • Testing and tagging of equipment
  • Processing returns
  • Observing and maintaining WHS compliance

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous supervisory exp in service centre/warehouse
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Experience or exposure to a trades environment  
  • Time Management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with SimPRO or similar highly regarded
  • Driven by continuous improvement, process efficiency, quality assurance
  • Previous exp in assessing and applying WHS best practice
  • Good communication/relationship building skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-motivation and committed
