Tasplan is an industry superannuation fund managing over $9.5 billion of retirement assets for over 133,000 members and were proud to be a Tasmanian financial services leader. Recently we have entered into an unconditional agreement to merge with MTAA Super, an industry super fund for the motor trades and allied industries based in Canberra. MTAA is one of Australias largest industry funds, and the planned merger will deliver a re-branded fund with approximately $24bn in funds under management and servicing around 330,000 members Australia-wide.
In readiness for the impending merge, Tasplan is looking to expand our Hobart based Contact Centre to assist in servicing the increased membership. Our Contact Centre is a high performing team focused on providing our membership with a warm, helpful and knowledgeable service experience via phone (in-bound and out-bound), email and (soon to be introduced) Live Chat. Our many industry awards attest to this.

If successful, you'll need to undertake a short course of study to attain RG146 accreditation as part of your induction program. RG146 is a prerequisite for the ongoing role.
