Manage Customer Service Calls across 2 established prestige sites, Renowned brand with emphasis on customer service, Training provided.

ABOUT THE COMPANY - An National award winning Dealership, housing a renowned brand. Located in beautiful Glenelg.

ABOUT THE ROLE - Reporting to the Group CRM Manager, you will be an integral part of the end to end customer experience for service, including pre bookings, problem solving, some light promotions.                                                                       

  • Utilising CRM systems whilst maintaining database - Pentana EraPower and OEM systems experience advantageous
  • Complaint Handling, problem solving
  • Inbound and Outbound Service booking calls
  • Booking service appointments – 
  • Service Retention outbound calls
  • Identifying Customer Servicing needs – Fastlane, Interactive Services


  • An experienced Call Centre or Customer Service professional - automotive dealership experience advantageous 
  • Someone passionate about customers and exceeding their expectations
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
  • A strong communicator who takes ownership of the customer journey
  • Mature and calm demeanour with the ability to manage customer concerns, problem solve and think on your feet


  • On-going dealership training
  • 5 day, Monday to Friday working week
  • A supportive, fast paced and fun team environment
