We are seeking an experienced administrator for a temporary role commencing asap in Ipswich (anticipated duration of up to 6 months).
Starting asap, working full-time hours, the role will involve a range of clerical tasks including high volume data entry, scanning, filing and administration support to the team and will likely lead in to rostering duties.
To be considered, you should demonstrate:
Previous administration experience including high volume data entry.
Ideally you will have had also had rostering experience (eg. recruitment or payroll capacity).
Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 10,000kph).
Excellent attention to detail, recordkeeping skills and experience operating scanning equipment.
Proven ability to adapt quickly and work well in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Confident learning and using and range of technology (experience using TRACCS highly desirable but not essential).
Current Disability Service Positive Notice Card (or willingness and eligibility to obtain).
Inclusive communication and interpersonal skills to work well with a diverse range of people.
