About the Role They are now seeking a confident and proactive Maintenance Coordinator/Administrator to cover 12-month maternity leave temp contract starting immediately. Coordinating their electrical/plumbing trades, the role requires someone with solid experience in managing work orders to liaising with clients.
Your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:
Liaising with sub-contractors and clients
Raising work orders and assigning to contractors
Raising and processing invoices
Regular progress updates
Other office tasks, as required.
Updating in-house job management system
Previous experience in a similar role is essential within the building/maintenance industry ideally across government and commercial projects. The desired candidate will hold a high level of administration experience with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask. You will work well under pressure and be a highly effective communicator with strong computer literacy.
The assignment is urgent and so you must be available immediately. You will be working with a collaborative and friendly team who will bring you up to speed on the current projects.
