We are looking for a Rare Character to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager.

You will be passionate about Sales force effectiveness ensuring our sales team has the right structure, technology, systems, tools, information, and insights required to be as effective as they can be.

You will own the field sales CRM system, lead the implementation and rollout of software updates.  You will work closely with your team to identify and implement process improvements, all the while making sure we are making the most of the system to deliver efficiencies

Be responsible for tracking the field team KPIs, and delivering reports and data to the field and head office team to assist them with monitoring territories and customers, identifying opportunities, understanding the performance of customers/brands/SKUs.

Adopting best practice using global sales operations solutions, you will maintain internal business scorecards to enable the sales and customer service teams and the functions that they engage with, to focus on the most critical service and business objectives.

Work on other effectiveness projects such as optimal service modelling to determine the most efficient and effective use of our reps' time in field, territory sizing and structures, segmentation and targeting to determine which customers should be called on and how often, and who could be serviced another way (telesales, merchandisers).

Leading sales capability using WGS Global frameworks.

Using your leadership skills, you will be responsible for coaching and leading a direct report.

You will be confident in managing both Senior and cross functional stakeholders, and be a key participant in broader global initiatives.
