A full time permanent role has become available within a highly reputable business for an experienced Administration Support Officer, located in Ipswich. The role will be providing administrative support to diverse teams and clientele, so an empathetic team player approach and ability to multi-task (whilst maintaining attention to detail) is essential. Duties will include:
Monitoring a GPS tracking system
Processing and following up insurance claims
Recordkeeping, including filing, scanning, shredding and archiving
Adhering to and applying the Critical Incident Management policy
Preparing documents in MS Word and Excel
Associated administrative functions (including answering enquiries and data entry)
To be considered applicants must be able to demonstrate:
Experience in the fleet/passenger industry (highly desirable)
Well-developed communication skills with demonstrated experience working in a team environment with diverse clientele
Strong focus on safety and high attention to detail
Accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 45wpm @ 98% accuracy)
