Office Junior with opportunity to gain insolvency experience

We have an opportunity available for an intelligent and enthusiastic office junior to join our specialist insolvency and restructuring team on a full-time basis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Phone call management
  • Maintain reception and greeting clients
  • General office duties including office errands
  • Data entry using Microsoft Excel and MYOB
  • Assist with various facets of corporate and personal insolvency files
  • Drafting correspondence
     

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work both under supervision and independently
  • Familiar with MYOB, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Be well presented and willing to learn.
