Working closely with the People & Culture Business Partner, the Coordinator will sit as a key part of our People, Culture & WHS team. Your role will be to make sure we keep things running smoothly, that are people are well looked after, and that we meet our core requirements for training and compliance.
A significant part of this role will focus on the coordination of training. This will include onboarding and inductions, through to ongoing compliance training, skills and professional development.
You will also play a key role in supporting a range of People & Culture activities, including recruitment support, reporting, support for payroll, developing internal communications, support for meetings and general administrative and project support as required.
As with most coordinator positions, it's difficult to list all the duties in a job ad. We can say there are many regular and routine tasks, and just as many unplanned tasks. There will also be many opportunities for you to build on your skills, particularly if you like to take projects and run with them!
To be successful in this role you will have strong administrative skills and experience supporting a team. Of course strong communication, relationship building and organisational skills are a must, as is strong computer literacy. While we don't require any experience in a HR or P&C team, we will need you to have a keen interest in supporting and developing people.
