Role objective: The objective of the role is to be responsible for the delivery of key business support and administration in relation to Human Resource and training.
Location: Karratha, Western Australia
Duties and Responsibilities:
Support and Coordinate the end to end HR Process and Administration (ie: recruitment, onboarding, Performance Management and Termination activities) for all team members including:
Contracts of Employment and management of Fixed Term Arrangements;
Coordination of all EPIC New Starters as per procedure;
Case Management Support;
Maintain, review and update all HR records in line with legislative requirements including organisational policies, procedures and processes;
Facilitate HR administrative systems to ensure that the organisation meets legislative and policy guidelines and compliance;
Coordinate training for all Team Members and provide advice and support to Operations Manager regarding the EPIC Training Plan;
Interface with external HR Specialist;
Interface with outsourced IT Specialist for all new starter requirements;
Interface with insurance agents for all workplace injury management requirements;
Action any reasonable requests by the Operations Manager.
Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or an administrative position;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs;
Culturally sensitive to a broad and diverse client group;
Ability to contribute to a team in a professional and collaborative manner;
Demonstrated high level of confidentiality, discretion and initiative;
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to determine priorities, attention to detail and meet regular deadlines;
Hold a current C Class Drivers Licence
