Finishline is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join our team located at Klemzig and sometime at our City Office with broad knowledge in accounting processes. The role s offered part time (between 12 hours to a maximum of 20 hours per week). The person will have a minimum of at least 5 years experience in Bookkeeping and accounts processing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Accounts Receivable and Payable;
  • All Data entry in MYOB and XERO software;
  • Reconciliation of Bank accounts and company credit cards;
  • Monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts;
  • Weekly and Yearly end payroll processing through Single touch payroll;
  • Superannuation processing monthly/quarterly;
  • Reporting (Various as required);
  • maintaining accurate accounting records and audit trail at all times;
  • Reporting to the Director and the external accountants;
