Payroll Officer - Part Time

The main purpose of this role is to perform the payroll functions of the Australian and overseas operations. Working closely with the finance officer & company accountant, this role demands a high level of interaction with 2evolve staff, management, clients and external suppliers, so a customer service focus is essential.  

You will be responsible for:

  • Processing weekly payroll for approx 100+ staff
  • Calculating and processing bonus payments for sales staff
  • Checking & verification of payroll details
  • Verification & bank uploading of payroll files
  • Annual leave, termination calculations
  • Banking, filing and general payroll administration tasks

You will need:

  • Minimum 6 months payroll experience (ideally high volume). 
  • Intermediate Excel skills  are essential
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time & priority management skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail
