Due to the exciting expansion of LEAD Childcare, we are in search of passionate, dynamic and goal-driven professional to join our Payroll and Finance Team, based from our Head Office.

This opportunity has been developed due to our organisations rapid growth and the increased portfolio for our Payroll and Finance Department.

Key Duties and Position:

This role acts as an entry-level position within our Payroll and Finance Team, you will assist the members of our team with routine and ad-hoc duties to ensure the consistency of operations and completion of duties is actioned. You will work closely with our Payroll Officer to ensure the following duties, not limited to, are achieved;

  • Validation of Employees timesheets and necessary documentation
  • Coordinating/Liaising with Service Mangers to ensure validation is finalised as timely as possible
  • Data-entry of timesheets to Summary documents
  • Assist with general duties, including filing, file creation and systematic processes
  • Assist with general and administrative queries by Service Managers and stakeholders

 

Essential Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children check (or Blue Card), as required under the legislation.
  • Knowledge of financial/payroll operations, not essential however would assist
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to focus on details and follow systematic processes
