Builder/Developer that specialises in medium and high-density projects are looking to expand their operations on the Sunshine Coast and require a Contract Administrator to join their team.
Seeking an experienced person for full time position.
Reporting to the Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist in estimating
Procurement of trades and materials
Finish trade project management
Create and manage defect lists
Manage project handovers
Other building administrative roles as required.
Qualifications in construction or similar desirable
Experience in residential and or commercial construction
A driven but modest individual who is willing to learn
Team player & excellent attitude
