The business operates a number of industry leading brands (including; Hema Maps, Camper Australia, Caravan World, Trade-A-Boat and Outdoor) which each engage with a niche industry segment to connect with and engage consumers. The Emprise brands deliver content through magazines, books, mobile applications and websites and have over half a million active users interacting with them each month.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Marketing Executive who can drive the planning and execution of our marketing agenda. The role will be responsible for helping oversee the day-to-day marketing activities, which includes retail marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and an instinctive sense of how to best communicate brand messages and calls to action through digital and print channels. A tech-savvy and intuitive marketer, the ideal candidate will drive strong marketing outcomes for the business and will add great ideas to enhance our marketing capability.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Working with the team on all strategic and operational aspects of the marketing function
Developing and executing a Retail Marketing strategy & plans for the points of sale (producing seasonal POS materials, online communication for wholesale accounts, visual merchandising, activations and local store marketing strategy)
Managing integrated retail marketing calendar
Monthly reporting of marketing campaign performance and centre goals
Develop, analyse and make informed decisions from key marketing data, insights and analysis;
Accountable for tracking and reporting ROI on all major marketing activities.
Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
Assist with the day to day administration tasks
Assist with the management of the email database and CMS systems
Skills and Experience
3 - 4 years marketing experience, preferably with a retail background
Excellent end to end marketing campaigns performance
Excellent planning and time management skills
A flexible and proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills and customer focus
High attention to detail and sense of urgency
Excellent presentation and a team player
Experience in web content creation
Highly creative with a flair for design
EDM campaigns and CRM experience
