This is a critical role leading and providing support to sales, business development and account management teams. In addition to leading a sales team to grow market share nationally you will be driving the overall business development and sales strategy and vision.
You will take on the key strategic relationship manager for a range of clients, industry influencers and stakeholders, whilst providing support and leadership to state based sales teams and region based clients.
It is essential that you have proven success in a strategic solution selling and be able to demonstrate previous success in coaching mentoring, developing and growing sales teams, ideally in a notional role. You will be comfortable with developing and building national solutions for large, high profile customers across a diverse range of industries.
The successful applicant will need to have 5 years plus experience in a similar capacity and have completed a bachelor degree in business administration along with 10 years experience in construction equipment industry.
