Casual Customer Service Officer

GMK is a Specialist Logistics Provider to the Floor Covering market.  With a reputation second to none that has been forged over 50 years, our business continues to go from strength to strength.  With nationwide facilities, we have entered a positive growth period and are looking to appoint a Casual Customer Service Officer for ongoing work till Christmas then potential for a permanent part-time role thereafter.
Key duties of this role:
   Efficient and error-free data entry.
   Ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met for all clients. 
   Providing 100% satisfactory Customer Service to our entire client base. 

This is a critical role that requires great attention to detail and above average time management skills. The main duties of this role are processing all order request form our 3PL/Transport client base, daily administration duties and assisting with customer service enquiries. 

To be in the running for this opportunity, you must:
   Possess flexibility in your working hours
   Ability to plan & prioritize
   An ability to type 45 WPM or above
   Great attention to detail
   Have a willingness to get in and get the job done
   Be a team player
   Above average communication skills
   Strong computer skills including MS Office products
   Have transport/logistics experience 
   Working knowledge of WMS


Desired however not essential:
   Jaix Transport Management system experience
   Current forklift licence
