A position has become available for an experienced customer service consultant to join the team in our Sydney Branch at Homebush West.

Ideally we are looking for an applicant who has
A strong work ethic, who can work well within a diverse community of highly motivated and positive team members

Customer service experience
Super personality, outgoing
Excellent communication skills (essential)
A proven track record meeting and exceeding KPIs
Who thrives on competition and achievement
Your main duties would include
Contacting our existing customers
Renewing our customers annual services
Accurately obtaining and entering customer information
Scheduling jobs into our booking system
Monday to Friday
