Workshop office data entry and spare parts administrator
Corowa Truck and trailer, a small family run business is seeking a full time workshop office data entry and spare parts administrator. Immediate start available with in house training.
To be considered for this role you need to have good communication and organisational skills and be able to work unsupervised. Accurate data entry and basic Microsoft office skills are required.
You will be responsible for various tasks including:
Accurate computer data entry for daily invoicing of both customer & supplier invoices
Maintaining stock levels of parts by placing orders and credit returns
Maintaining daily truck register
Data entry of daily timesheets & parts allocated sheets
Answering phone calls and providing customer service
Maintain clean order in stock room
Maintain roadworthy paperwork and photo's
