Interpreting and Translation Coordinator

- Manage bookings online

- Interact with customers and interpreters/translators

- Work independently and as part of a team

City based Interpreting/Translation agency is seeking an enthusiastic, mature minded well presented person to join their friendly team. Requirements include excellent English writing skills, courteous phone manner, customer service experience.

Attention to details and keen initiative are a must. 


- Greeting customers, receiving Interpreting and Translation instructions  by phone and email.
- Allocating assignments to our language PANEL contractors.
- Using in-house database system.
